For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "Platform" refers to the got24 website accessible at https://got24.bio, including all sub-pages, gaming products, mobile interfaces, and associated services.
• "Member" or "You" refers to any natural person who has successfully completed the got24 account registration process and whose account remains active and in good standing.
• "Account" means the personal member account opened by you on the Platform, denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• "Wallet Balance" means the aggregate sum of funds held in your Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds not yet wagered, plus any winnings credited but not yet withdrawn, minus any pending withdrawal amounts.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free spin value, cashback amount, or other incentive credited to your Account by got24 under a specific promotion, subject to the applicable bonus terms detailed in Clause 6.
• "Real Money Funds" means IDR funds deposited by you directly into your Account via a supported payment method, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed on a game, sports market, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw, or any other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means the Indonesian bank transfer channels and e-wallet services listed in Clause 5, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer identity verification procedures conducted by got24 in accordance with Clause 4.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all Platform operations, customer support schedules, and transaction timestamps.

Access to and use of the got24 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. got24 does not accept registrations from individuals under 21 years of age under any circumstances.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of a got24 employee, director, officer, or contractor.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law and where such prohibition has been formally communicated to got24 by relevant regulatory authorities.
• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether initiated by yourself through the got24 responsible gaming tools or communicated to got24 by a third-party responsible gaming service.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended got24 Account. Only one Account per person, per household, and per device is permitted.

To access real-money gaming products on got24, you must register a single Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• One Account per Member: Each Member is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your legal full name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, a valid email address, and a valid Indonesian mobile phone number. You must not impersonate any other person or use another person's identity details.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. got24 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from the Account security settings. Any activity that occurs under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you, unless you have promptly notified got24 of a suspected unauthorized access.
• Contact Information Updates: You must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Failure to maintain accurate contact information may result in delayed KYC verification, withdrawal processing delays, or Account suspension.
• Account Currency: All got24 Accounts are denominated exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). There is no currency conversion at any point during deposits, wagering, or withdrawals.

got24 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification on all Members. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed and may be triggered at any point during a Member's account lifecycle at got24's reasonable discretion. KYC requirements include, but are not limited to:

• A copy of a valid government-issued photo identification document (Indonesian national identity card / KTP, or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address in Indonesia, dated within the last three months (e.g., bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of the BCA, BRI, BNI, or Mandiri bank account registered in your name, or confirmation of the OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja e-wallet registered to your verified mobile number).
• In cases of high transaction volumes or at the request of our compliance team, additional source-of-funds documentation may be required.

got24 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is complete and satisfactory. Submitting false, altered, or fraudulent documentation in connection with KYC constitutes grounds for permanent Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

got24 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following Supported Payment Methods:

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• No Processing Fees: got24 charges zero deposit fees and zero withdrawal processing fees. Any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider are your sole responsibility.
• Matched Payment Methods: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account holder name used for the most recent deposit. got24 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, joint accounts held by persons other than the verified Member, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit.
• Withdrawal to Bonus Balance: Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Only Real Money winnings generated after satisfying the applicable wagering requirement (see Clause 6) are eligible for withdrawal.
• Deposit Limits: got24 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits at the platform level or at the individual Account level, particularly in cases where responsible gaming controls have been activated. Members may voluntarily reduce their own deposit limits via the Account dashboard at any time.
• Transaction Records: All deposit and withdrawal transactions are recorded in your Account history in WIB time. It is your responsibility to review transaction records regularly and report any discrepancy to the got24 support team within 30 days of the transaction date.

got24 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal IDR promotions tied to Indonesian cultural events such as Idul Fitri, Imlek, and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August). The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's individual terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement, which is the total amount that must be wagered before Bonus Funds and any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The specific wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's individual terms. Unless otherwise stated, the default wagering requirement is 30× the bonus amount.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: A Member may only hold one active bonus at a time. Opting into a new bonus before the current bonus wagering requirement has been met will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and others) typically contribute 10%. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sports betting wagers contribute at rates specified in the individual promotion terms. got24 publishes a full game contribution table in the Promotions section of the Platform.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted stake per single game round or sports wager is Rp 200.000 unless the promotion's individual terms specify a different limit. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the entire Bonus Balance.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds expire 30 days after the date of credit unless a shorter expiry period is stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Account.
• Abuse and Fraud: got24 reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers rather than to engage with the Platform in good faith.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to Indonesian residents aged 21 and over. got24 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on geographic location, Account status, or previous bonus history.

The following rules apply to all gaming activities conducted on the got24 Platform:

• Random Number Generation: All casino games on the Platform — including slots, live dealer games, virtual table games, keno, and togel — operate using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer interface provided by licensed third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft (Pocket Games Soft), NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe. got24 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sportsbook Odds: All sports betting markets, including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, AFF Cup, Timnas Indonesia internationals, badminton (All England, Thomas Cup, Indonesia Open), and MotoGP (including Mandalika circuit), are offered at odds compiled by got24's sportsbook team. Odds are subject to change prior to the commencement of an event and, in certain circumstances, during in-play markets.
• Void Bets: got24 reserves the right to void any wager placed on a market that has been offered in error, where a technical fault has caused incorrect odds to be displayed, or where a sporting event has been cancelled, abandoned, or postponed without resuming within 24 hours of the originally scheduled start time.
• Disconnection Policy: If a game session or live betting transaction is interrupted due to a network failure or platform outage, got24 will restore the game to its last confirmed state as recorded on its servers. In the event that the last confirmed state cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's Wallet Balance.
• Currency: All wagers are placed and all winnings are paid in IDR. The minimum stake per wager varies by game and is displayed within each game interface prior to placing a bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the got24 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same identity or using false identity information.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place wagers, exploit game mechanics, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of a known or discovered bug are not payable and will be voided.
• Colluding with other Members in live dealer games, poker, or any other multi-player game format to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or over the Platform.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting using Platform bonuses, or any systematic strategy that constitutes abuse of promotional offers as determined in got24's reasonable judgment.
• Providing false or misleading information at registration, during KYC, or in any communication with the got24 support team.
• Attempting to access another Member's Account without authorization, or any attempt to compromise the Platform's security infrastructure.
• Reselling access to the Platform, operating the Platform on behalf of a third party, or facilitating access by any person who does not meet the eligibility requirements in Clause 2.

got24 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment. The Platform provides a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible directly from the Account dashboard after login, with no waiting period:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly IDR deposit caps. Decreases take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Platform's content without the express prior written consent of got24.

Third-party game content provided by studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is used by got24 under valid commercial license agreements.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, got24's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to the Platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

got24 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business, or loss of anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any nature.
• Any interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the Platform arising from circumstances beyond got24's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications network failures, power outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or denial-of-service attacks.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to a Member's Account where the unauthorized access was not caused by got24's own negligence.
• The accuracy, completeness, or legality of any information provided on the Platform for informational purposes, including sports statistics, game rules summaries, or promotional descriptions.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit got24's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

got24 collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, got24 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, address, contact details, payment information, and gameplay activity for the following primary purposes: account management, identity verification (KYC), fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

got24 employs 256-bit TLS encryption on all data transmissions between your device and the Platform. Member financial and identity data is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorized personnel only. got24 does not sell personal data to third parties.

got24 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member Account, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including any prohibited conduct listed in Clause 8.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time following a withdrawal request.
• Submission of fraudulent, altered, or false documentation during the KYC process.
• Evidence of collusion, bonus abuse, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
• The Member's own request for self-exclusion under the responsible gaming tools described in Clause 9.

Upon Account termination for cause, got24 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Funds held in the Account at the time of termination will be returned to the verified payment method on file, minus any amounts subject to an active fraud investigation or regulatory hold, within a reasonable timeframe.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing (i.e., not as a result of a breach) may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Any Real Money Wallet Balance will be returned to the verified payment method following successful KYC verification.

got24 operates as an internationally licensed and regulated online gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which got24 holds its primary gaming license, which supersedes conflicting local statutes to the extent permitted under international commercial law principles applicable to licensed gaming operators.

3. External Review: If the dispute remains unresolved after the internal escalation process, you may refer the matter to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) body designated by got24's licensing authority. Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where such relief is necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

got24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, got24 will notify active Members via the email address registered to their Account and/or via a prominent notice displayed within the Platform upon their next login. The updated Terms & Conditions will specify the effective date from which the revised terms apply.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact the support team to close your Account and withdraw any Real Money Wallet Balance prior to the effective date of the changes.
